All patients have the option of logging into their patient portal using a desktop computer, or any mobile device. In your portal, you will find access to your current plan, health history, body scans, supplements, nutraceuticals, Rx, nutrition and fitness tracking, messaging, journaling, virtual medicine, and many other great resources.

Sermorelin Therapy

Sermorelin, also known as GHRH, is a peptide analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone which is used as a diagnostic agent to assess growth hormone secretion for the purpose of diagnosing growth hormone deficiency.

Meal Planning & Meal Prepping

Meal Plans with Med 1 are simple, clean, and effective for lifestyle optimization. We take the stress out of eating “right,” and make this entire process a non-issue. Most programs include a custom meal plan with recipes, cooking instructions, grocery lists, macro counts, and one-click tracking. With our licensed kitchen, we also have the ability to prepare your meals for you and create them in your app for easy tracking. Meal prep is available to anyone active in a program or has completed a program. Custom protein shakes are also an option, and available to anyone.

Fitness Programming & Personal Training

Individual and Small Group Personal Training is available and often bundled into your custom program. Most programs include Connection Sessions which are roughly 5-15 minute check-ins - evaluating progress, stress levels, hunger, sleep, motivation, etc. When patients include PT into their programs, the Connection Sessions are often scheduled during a workout warm-up and completed prior to getting started with the exercises. Your Life Coach will be there every step of the way to answer questions, keep you motivated, help you get the best results, and ride shotgun in your wellness journey!

3D BODY SCAN (complimentary)

All programs include unlimited 3D Body Scans. Each scan includes a complete wellness and posture report, comparison data and charts, online profile, 3D avatar, and tracking over time. Your report will be emailed to you immediately following each scan, and also available in your Lifestyle Transformations app, and Desktop Patient Portal.

The human body is comprised of several different fats.  Some of these fats are essential, provide nutrition and protect vital organs from injury.  Excess fat, however, is a problem as it is commonly stored in areas around the hips, thighs, stomach and similar areas throughout the body.  It is the excess fat that is targeted by the hCG diet injections program because it has been found that administering a series of hCG weight loss injections in conjunction with consuming a low-calorie diet results in mobilization of this excess fast and as a result, rapid and sustainable weight loss. This program utilizes non-essential fat for energy while sparing essential fat and muscle tissue through the use of hCG injections. You will receive a complete kit and training.

LIPOTROPIC "Lipo-Mino" Injections

Available in single injections (usually weekly, or bi-weekly), or reconstituted in other therapies for daily use.

The Lipo-Mino Complex is a combination of activated B-vitamins, co-factors (catalyst), and amino acids that are compounded in a national accredited pharmacy.
