Initial Consultation - In-office or Virtual: $150
Follow-ups - In-office or Virtual: $50-$100 generally. Time and complexity of service are considered in pricing.
Our staff will guide you through the entire process and answer any questions you have. You will receive a text notification and email confirming your appointment. You will receive info for logging in, payments, links, resources. You are welcome to contact us anytime with any questions you have. Our staff is dedicated to your experience and happy to assist.
On the day of your Virtual Session Video Call you will receive a text with a link to join the meeting. You will need to have the Med1.LIfe Lifestyle Transformations app or, you can use your desktop portal to access the waiting room or and join your virtual meeting. Your session will open up approximately 5-10 minutes prior to your live meeting. A member of our Lifestyle Team will greet you a few minutes before your appointment and notify Dr. O’Neill (or your designated provider) that the Virtual Session is ready.
Please take a few minutes to complete the short patient forms prior to your appointment. You can access them in the link below. Links to forms, your online portal, apps, and other instructions and resources will be emailed to you once your intake forms are submitted.
