RESERVATION POLICIES:

Appointments can be made an number of ways such as online, calling, or messaging. You will receive an email confirmation upon booking and a text reminder a day prior to your appointment (“connection”). If your appointment is virtual, a member of our staff will contact you and guide you through the process. Payment is invoiced electronically and a deposit is due prior to your visit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Rescheduling 24+ hours prior to your appointment is recommended if you need to change an appointment time. No shows and/or cancellations less than 12 hours prior to appointment times are subject to a loss of your deposit or fee.

REFUNDS:

Full refunds are offered excluding shipping for all programs and bundles within 3 days of the time of purchase. Nutraceuticals are non-refundable.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS:

Month-to-month memberships can be cancelled with written notice or by phone. You will have 30 days access from your time of cancellation and one last payment. Nutraceutical auto-draft stops can be completed by logging in to your account at http://med1.metagenics.com and removing your recurring orders.

All programs and plans are recommendations and not to replace any dietary restrictions or protocol you are currently following with your physician. All participation is voluntary and to be exercised at each individuals own risk. Med 1 Aesthetics and Med1.Life do not assume any liability and recommend you consult your physician before starting any new diet or fitness program. By purchasing this program you agree to our terms and participate on your own willingly.
